    Have you entered a postcode for a PO Box address? All postcodes for visitor addresses must be registered in the system. If no shipping options are displayed, you have registered an invalid postcode.
  • How much does it cost to send samples using the different shipping options?
    Freight is invoiced in accordance with the individual customer's contract in connection with the invoicing of the assignments. The order of the options shown is sorted from cheapest cost price to most expensive cost price, contract prices may differ from this. Please contact our customer advisors if you have any questions related to the contract.
  • Courier
    Courier pick-up is also available in the portal for delivery to a local lab/reception centre or to Lidköping. NOTE! The DHL Express service includes pick-up at your address for delivery to Lidköping.
